- Alexis is a high-achieving athlete in her own right, having a long career representing the state for more than ten years in succession and representing Australia at several World Cup RG events.
- Alexis is an intermediate coach in both RG and Aerobics and an intermediate judge in Aerobics and an advanced silver judge in RG.
- Alexis is still an active athlete when not coaching or working as a Reformer Pilates Instructor, and is currently in contention as a River City team member for the 2024 International World Cup season in Aerobics.
- Not one to relax overly in her free time Alexis is currently studying for a degree in High Performance Sports Management.
