- Alexis is a high-achieving athlete in her own right. Alexis is a dual international level athlete having competed internationally for Australia in both Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup events and Aerobics International events. This has seen Alexis learn significant skills supported by training under international coaches including training with Bulgarian (RG) and Hungarian (Aerobics) national coaches. She has also achieved a long career representing her state for more than ten years in succession and representing Australia at several World Cup RG events.
- Alexis is an intermediate coach in both RG and Aerobics and an intermediate judge in Aerobics and an advanced silver judge in RG.
- Alexis is still an active athlete when not coaching or working as a Reformer Pilates Instructor and is currently still competing at an elite level in Aerobics.
- Not one to relax overly in her free time Alexis is currently studying for a degree in High Performance Sports Management.
