River City Gymnastics Academy was created to provide better quality, more rounded dance and gymnastics training to Brisbane students.
How it all began
There Had to Be A Better Way….
Our founder Heather Lane founded River City Gymnastics after spending hours driving her gymnastics-obsessed daughters to training.
Now operating out of numerous suburban sites, with Head Office in Murarrie, our facility aims to foster a sense of community while providing high-quality training.

Our studio grew rapidly thanks to amazing feedback from parents and students, and now operates from multiple locations.
Whether you live on the Northside or the Southside of Brisbane we can cater to your gymnastics needs with locations in Ascot, Birkdale, Cleveland and Murarrie.

Award-Winning Studio
Proudly Developing Quality Athletes.
River City Gymnastics and Dance students have been recipients of many awards, including 2nd place nationally in the Aerobics Championships for two years in a row and the Gymnastics Australia Coaching Team of the year in 2022.
Our staff are highly skilled, experienced and accredited. Many also are qualified judges at competition levels.
